Monthly Archives: March 2019

Congratulations to the pupils in 2nd Class who received the sacrament of Penance for the first time on Tuesday 5th March. Thank you to Ms.O’Neill and Fr.Fegan for preparing the children. Lot’s of hard work was involved but it looks like the children had time for a little break also. Well done to all involved.

The boys and girls had a very busy month filled with lots of exciting activities!

Willow Weaving

As part of our Creative Schools Initiative, we have added a willow dome to our outdoor classroom. All the boys and girls in the school helped Terry the weaver to weave a beautiful dome that will be enjoyed for years to come in our school. A special thank you to Jim Cooper and Jim Hanrahan who helped us make the dome.

Seachtain na Gaeilge

Bhaineamar an spraoi as Seachtain na Gaeilge. Bhí an spóirt againn, bhíomar ag caint as Gaeilge i rith an lae agus ar an Aoine bhí Céilí mór againn agus sheinn Dónal O’ Connor na píb mála . Bhí gach duine ar fheabhas.
